COVID-19 information and cancellation policy

The Organizing Committee is planning to hold the Plenaries, Workshops and social events in fully accordance with universal safety precautions.

Despite the vaccination campaign that has started in most of European countries, there is still the possibility of remaining restrictions to travel abroad. The Organizing Committee has put in place a unique refund scheme that would enable the participants to organize their trip serenely. Therefore, any fees paid are fully refundable in case of cancellation due to country’s governmental directives.

 

 

For other case by case cancellations, a refund scheme minus the non-refundable fees is planned:

-         Until June 30th, 2021 refund 100 % except for a €60 administrative processing fee that will be retained.

-         From July 1st to August 15th, 2021 refund 50 % except for a €60 administrative processing fee that will be retained.

-         From August 16th, 2021, no refund will be accepted.

 

All cancellations have to be submitted in writing to the Organizing Committee by post at the following address:

The written request must be accompanied by a copy of the full bank details.

All reimbursements will be made at the end of the Conference, according to the exchange rate in effect on the processing date. The Conference organizers cannot be held responsible for a financial loss related to changes in the exchange rate.
